Rehabbing and Staging a Vintage townhouse in Vegas

This is a picture of the indoor atrium that was inside my old townhouse here in Vegas. Many people may not know this but Vintage Vegas Homes are very much in demand. This one had a window that you can see to the left which opened from inside the bathroom. On the right side, there was an open door to my office. I could hear the  gentle sound from my fountain all day. A fountain ,by the way, that weighed about 200 pounds (solid cement) and was purchased at an estate sale for $140. The planters were all found on Craigslist and believe it or not were purchased for $10 apiece. The cool mirror in the back was another Craigslist find that lights up as you can see in the picture below. When I bought the house, the top of the Atrium was open to the elements, so I installed skylights for safety and to protect my plants, and my little garden flourished. I have included other photos of the townhouse that I staged right before we sold it. I miss this little gem.
