Ideas for a Kitchen Island

So I have a beautiful kitchen with a great Farm Sink, , Amazing Appliances, Quartz Countertops, and the cabinets are beyond belief. Having said that there is a lot of empty space, and I am on a hunt to find the perfect Island. What do you think, any ideas? Pictures of my kitchen below, Inspiration Islands follow. You can see how much open space I have. I also need to install a backsplash, thinking of Subway tiles in white?
